Scheduling Internal Resource Co-ordinator
My client in Burnley, are looking for someone with Scheduling experience to work in a team of 3 managing the scheduling and resourcing of around 120 engineers with approximately 3000 requests per month.
This is a high pressured fun environment not for the faint hearted.
You will be managing the allocation of resources within the implementation and support engineering teams, meeting customers repair requirements and be a key driver in the company meeting the associated customer SLA's.
Working for the delivery of internal engineering resource for Voice, Data, and Digital Print to external and internal customers.
You will be process driven with a good attention to details with excellent communication skills and customer handling skills.
