User Documentation and Trainer - European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a User Documentation and Trainer.
Role:
The work will be performed under an Agile project management methodology, using the JIRA and GreenHopper tools available in the Commission.
The person will work on a workstation equipped with standard software used in the Commission, including MS Office package.
Main tasks:
- Prepare and give training courses on information systems.
- Delivery of training courses.
- Writing user manuals for information systems
- Writing IS on-line help
- Testing the functionalities of the system
- Follow-up of incidents related to information systems
For this role you need to have experience in:
- Proven experience as trainer for Information Systems.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proven knowledge in end user assistance or support of information systems
- Proven experience in team working.
Languages:
Fluent in English and French is an asset
Others:
Capability of integration in an international/multicultural team environment
