Experience on SP2010 and Active Directory integration - crucial
Experience of Active Directory, user profile synchronization and audience settings- crucial
Architect and develop a technical solutions from a business requirement - crucial
Strong knowledge in SharePoint development including Workflow (Visual Studio, Designer and Nintex), Web Parts, Event Receivers, Timer Services and SharePoint Administration - crucial
Experience in search settings and other service applications - crucial
Experience with migrating SharePoint 2010 to SharePoint 2013
Development of SharePoint solutions that integrate with other systems
Develop design documents (ie, technical specification documents, functional requirement documents, object modules, system test plans)
Perform technical evaluation of existing Architecture and design Re-Architecture plan
Architecting large volume of data requests and archiving mechanism
