Your tasks:
- Managing complex IT projects in a highly developed environment
- Ensuring performance in terms of costs, quality and deadlines
- Stakeholders management, conflict management and people management
- Reporting regularly on the project's progress: Indicating problems and risks; recommending corrective action
Your qualifications
- Strong experience in IT project Management and project documentation
- Profound experience within an international environment as well as in large, complex and global IT projects
- Strong Pharmaceutical business consulting skills (CSV and GxP)
- Pronounced project management, stakeholder management, people management and change management skills
- Ability to lead workshops with large number of diverse participants (both from Business and IT)
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- PMP certified (nice to have)
- Proactive thinking to identify and monitor project risks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
