Fantastic opportunity to work onsite at this public sector client. You will hold a professional qualification or be a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. You will have strong experience of creating a strategy and project managing projects relating to disposals and acquisitions, including appointing and coordinating Specialists and Legal Consultants. You will have excellent communication skills and will deliver reports and presentations to public consultation meetings and to Councils.
