Your tasks:
- Approve month end/ad hoc journals prepared by the accounts assistants
- Supervise the accounts assistants with their key duties and tasks
- Manage the year end audit and tax audit including submission of statutory accounts
- Prepare month end reports and ad hoc analysis for month end consolidation
- Review month end Profit and Loss reports with operational heads
- Prepare budgets and quarterly forecasts through show information supplied by the operations team
- Prepare forecasts for cash flow and the Balance Sheet on a monthly basis
- Report weekly forecasts to EMEA head office for consolidation
- Prepare financial analysis and DATEV reports as and when required
Your qualifications
- CIMA/ACCA or equivalent qualification
- Broad understanding of accounting processes
- Knowledge of DATEV preferable
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good command of the English language
