Control Room Compliance Manager / AVP required for a Tier 1 Investment Bank based in London.Role: Control Room - Experienced Hire - AVP / Manager Level
Type: Permanent / Full Time
Salary: £60,000 p/a to £75,000 p/a + bonus + medical + pension + life cover
Location: London (City)
Start Date: Jan/Feb/Mar 2015

You will be need to:
- Provide appropriate advice and guidance to the business to ensure that processes and controls are in place in relation to confidential information flows.
- Assist in ensuring that effective monitoring and control systems are in place in order that all compliance related issues are readily identified and any risk to the bank is mitigated.
- Provide appropriate advice & guidance and interpretation to the several different areas of the bank with regards to Control Room queries.
- Have excellent relationship and communication skills.
- Provide training using existing frameworks to ensure that employees of the business are aware of their responsibilities in regards to control room requirements
- Help with interpretation and implementation of regulatory changes in Control Room processes, procedures, controls
