Description

An exciting opportunity is available for a Web Developer. This role is located in Tallinn (Estonia) and in the Public Sector.

Nature of tasks

  • Analysis of the requirements and prototyping;
  • Architectural design;
  • Development of applications in accordance with specifications;
  • Definition and integration of the technological components;
  • Integration with other applications;
  • Design and development of software systems and applications for Internet/Intranet/Extranet environments;
  • Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system; especially SharePoint 2013, FIM, web services
  • Assistance with evaluating and testing the products that are delivered by other teams to ensure that they conform to the requirements and methodology of the contracting authority;
  • Testing and maintenance activities;
  • Production of system technical and functional documentation;
  • Assistance with the training of the system users and administrators;
  • Website management and system administration;
  • Participation in meetings with the Contracting Authority.

We are looking for candidates with expertise in:

  • Development methodologies and up to date web development technologies
  • Modelling tools (including SharePoint 2013, Adobe Dreamweaver, .NET, web services)
  • Knowledge in case modelling,
  • user requirements analysis and system analysis as well as in the SharePoint architecture and design.
  • Application development environments
  • Software methodologies and relational database systems (SQL Server).
  • Fluent in English

The initial contract duration is 85 working days (4/5 months). Extensions are very likely.

This position can be offered as an employment contract (CDD/CDI) or as a freelance contract (freelance preferred).
