Description
A global pharmaceutical company is looking for a Senior Project Engineer to support their site in either Germany or Austria.This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, be part of ongoing projects, as well as have a chance to have an input.
Location: South Germany or Austria
Duration: 6 -12 months
Start Dates: within 4 - 6 weeks
Availability to work onsite: 5 days per week.
Role / Responsibilities / Tasks:
Business Area:
Engineering: This area is responsible for ensuring the day to day business operations in manufacturing/ production and maintenance to ensure that all aspects are running efficiently.
They are responsible for equipment installations / scoping and defining new projects / upgrades to site and any capital investments.
Reason for role:
Our client, a global pharmaceutical company, based in the South of Germany is in the process of acquiring a leading Pharmaceutical/ Biotech organisation based in Austria. This will be completed in the next month.
Background / Experience
• Biopharmaceutical or Pharmaceutical Experience
• Education: Degree Engineering/ Process Engineer / Pharmaceutical Engineer
• Strong experience with processes
• Project Management within engineering - small scale projects
• Strong Engineering background
• Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken.
• Sterile / Bulk / Fermentation is desirable
• GMP Experience
• Strong Project Management Skills
• Self Starter / Motivator
Language Skills:
• English Written and Spoken
• German fluent
