Our Client is looking for an experienced Operations/Organizational Process Consultant for long term Data Migration project in Oslo.
Our Clients project is in a phase where requirements must be detailed in a solution description and they need assistance to develop their company with the selected supplier. Both Functional and Technical.
The position is for a technical person that has good experience in transitioning a project from development to operations whilst in the process build the operations processes and organisation. ITIL IS REQUIRED!
The successful candidate will have experience in the following tasks
- Experience in Detailed Requirements for the operation provider
- Support in the development of IT operations with supplier
- Organisational support
- Establish and implement our clients framework for the operation
- Experience in supporting the development of IT operations
- Experience with Organisational support in the establishment of operational orgranization
- Experience with establishing and implementing the framework for operation ITIL
- Evaluation of system documentation
- Higher education - College- University
- Fluent in Norwegian, Finnish or Scandinavian (and English) both written and oral
