I am currently recruiting for an interim Project Manager for an NHS organisation in South London.This will be a 6 month position - ideally paying £ a day.
This is to start on the 5th January, and they are looking at interviews towards the end of next week / beginning of the following week.
This is to work on undertaking a skill mix and staffing review on a community hospital ward.
Candidates ideally would have worked on a staffing review previously to link in with safe staffing levels.
The Project Manager will also focus on redesigning a community nursing and therapies service.
The ideal candidate would have the following experience:
- Change Management
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience of working with difficult stakeholders previously
- Experience of integration with social care
- Community Health experience
- Someone who can objectively look at what's needed
They are ideally looking for a project manager who has worked on Community Intermediate Care Services previously
