This is an exciting opportunity to join an established team working in the NHS.
You will be responsible for the provision of a comprehensive reception service to both staff and centre users, ensuring efficient and clear communications at all times. Keep the reception areas, clinical and meeting rooms tidy, presentable and Health & Safety compliant at all times. A high degree of confidentiality, sensitivity, discretion and tact is required.
The post will be supervised. However, the post-holder will require the ability to make decisions regarding problems arising in the reception area, if it is not possible in the first instance to seek advice/support from the line manager.
