Roc Search's Client is currently recruiting for a number of IT Cluster Manager to work in Oslo, Norway on an initial 6 month contract.
The ideal candidate should possess:
*Good Management Skills
*Domain Banking or Capital Markets
*Experience in Infra - migration projects
Roles and Responsibilities:
*Accountable for program and business risk management including internal DNB reporting
*Building, maintaining and owning Project Directive
*Analysis and recommendation on key issues, risks and opportunities
*Defining and planning cross-work stream initiatives (special projects)
*Preparation of formal Program Meetings
*Works with PMO to embed PMO standards
