A mouth-watering opportunity has arisen with a highly reputable healthcare organisation in London. They require an experienced project manager to take a dual role around CQC compliance and risk management for 6 months.The organisation has their CQC inspection under the new regime in the early parts of 2015. They need an experienced interim to take the reigns and lead on the preparation of this and ensure that all standards are met.
The exciting dual part of the role, will require the successful candidate to take on a risk management role, and lead a review and improvement around the incident reporting, risk register, complaints and the DATIX system use.
We are expecting a high level of response to this job due to the fantastic experience it will give to some ones CV, however, the successful candidate will have:
- Experience with CQC regulations (and ideally have led through inspection under new inspection regime)
- Clinical background (desirable not essential)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A go-getter and leader
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent team-player
- Demonstrable project management experience
- NHS Risk Management experience
- Experience with DATIXweb modules
- Risk Manager
