Description
The Organisational Design Product Manager/Analyst is responsible for understanding the existing roles
and responsibilities roles for teams/departments, working closely with HR teams to gather Intel and Facilitating workshops to extract information and workflow to understand the organisation's business objectives, strategy, processes and operations.
Key Skills & Experience
Ability to identify future requirements for changes to organisational design, which integrate with other departments/teams, specifically within process workflows and ways of working
Make strategic decisions around organisation structure, defining teams and reporting lines
Work with HR teams to build and design recruitment strategies, campaigns and role profiles
Strong knowledge of TUPE and COSOP, to assist with HR processes with employee transfer in/out of organisations
