Description
Financial Outsourcing Strategy Consultant required by large Investment Bank, based in London to work on the banks regional strategy and execution team.
You will have solid Consulting and/or outsourcing experience within Investment Banking or Financial organisations. Experience in leading and delivering Organisational transformation initiatives. Experience in Change management and dealing with senior management. Supporting organisational transformation in a global environment. Project management support working in distributed teams. Other skills required within this role include Leadership, Analytical, Influencing skills and strong relationship skills and ability to manage conflict.
Within this role you will be partnering with senior business leads to understand requirements, constraints and objectives to then support design and implementation of optimal IT Strategy. Leading the execution of the IT Target Operating Model mandates and ensuring alignment with the IT strategy for the region, as well as execution of the necessary activities to align the region as required. Collaborating, establishing and building relationships with other key enablers/partners across the region eg Supply Management, Legal, IT, Finance and control to ensure all upstream and downstream processes are executed in support of required deployments.
