emagine consulting is urgently seeking a French speaking Customer Relationship Manager to support our client in Paris . The client provides network and Telecommunications services and support to a world famous Luxury goods organization.
Key Tasks:
Oversight of Program Management Process from concept to deployment
Single Point of Contact for services and primary interface with end client, building strong relationships
Manage the life cycle of multiple solutions.
Lead improvements in service delivery.
Skills and Experience
Experienced in Relationship Management/Account Support
Technical knowledge of Networking and Telecommunications solutions
Project Management Skills
Service Delivery experience
Excellent communication
Skills in English and French
