My client a global travel conglomerate seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to enhance its Email communication strategy by optimizing contact volumes as well as the messaging, content and offer mix by customer segment.
To support the CRM team in achieving its goals, the Customer Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analyst who can help drive enhancements in our email communications by:
- Providing a better understanding of our email subscriber shopping and booking behaviour and their engagement with Triggered and Marketing emails
- Supporting the CRM team to design efficient email A/B tests
- Evaluating the performance of email campaigns
In addition, the senior analyst will:
- Provide insight and analysis to the Loyalty team on the Welcome Rewards Loyalty Program performance
- Conduct adhoc analysis to better understand customer long term value and its drivers
- University Degree or equivalent - At least 3 years' experience working in a Marketing or Analytics Organization
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and SAS Programming (SAS Base, Macros, Proc SQL, Access, STAT)
- Experience in using and mining raw clickstream data - Solid Microsoft Excel (incl pivot tables) and Powerpoint skills
- Ability to effectively communicate analytical and statistical methods and results to internal clients in a non-technical and easy-to-understand way
- Ability to prioritise/juggle different projects Desirable: - Experience of working for Online Marketing companies
- Experience with multiple relational database environments like SQL Server, Oracle, DB2 - Experience with Hadoop
- Experience with Web Reporting Tools such as Omniture - Experience with Reporting Tools such as Business Objects or Tableau
