Austin Fraser are searching for a Vendor Manager for the management of, and the provision of policies, internal standards and advice on the procurement of goods and services for a leading client based in Oxfordshire.
The Role:
*Supplier, Contract & Stakeholder management - managing, renewing, renegotiating contracts & contract changes, ensuring that the correct suppliers are supplying goods and services.
*Creating, implementing & reporting on cost saving strategies.
*Ensuring new project spend is in line with proposed budgets.
*Spend reviews, risk identification and prioritisation of procurement activities.
*Budgeting, advising and reviewing.
*Implement procedures & policies for auditing & reporting compliance.
