CNC TurnerWeekend Work (2-3 days/week - depending on candidate preference)
24 - 36 hours/week (Before overtime)
£17-£22 per hour depending on experience
Site based near Oxford
CNC/Turning/Programmer/Machines/Automotive/Mill Machines/Setting Programs/Running Machines
I am looking for an experienced CNC Turner/Programmer to come into a major automotive client of mine. This is for a 6 month contract with the possibility of extension or turning permanent following this initial period.
Skills required:
- CNC Turner/Programmer
- Reporting to the shift supervisor
- The successful candidate will be responsible for
. Setting programs
. Proving out of programs
. Running both turn and turn/mill machines
- Producing metallic finished components to the highest quality.
- Ideally have Heidenhain Datapilot 4290 V7 control experience
- At least 5 years' experience in the production of metallic parts.
- Experience of Siemens 840D controls on mill/turn machines would also be an advantage.
