Admin Assistant

Our client; a large financial institution, is looking to recruit admin assistants in Coventry on initial 6 month contracts.

The role:

Is to create and drive our Service Excellence area within Sanctions Court Orders and Transaction Monitoring. You will be reviewing and building our customer's profiles from diverse and complex sources to identify suspicious or criminal activity. An investigation will be required and information gathered to report any suspicious or criminal activity to all local regulators and authorities.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead by example by being a role model for customers and colleagues in our transaction monitoring teams. Completing things wholeheartedly, with passion & enthusiasm and embracing change.
  • Provide feedback to all areas of the business using the mechanisms set up for doing so, to support other colleagues in delivering a fantastic customer experience, that our Regulators see as best in class.
  • Working with colleagues and areas across the organisation to enable the delivery of consistently high standards of 'seamless' customer service and the achievement of the teams service level agreements
  • Developing and delivering timely, accurate and effective MI to ensure the commitments to our Stakeholders and Management are maintained and met
  • Promote and continually support the Customer Service Excellence initiative demonstrating a commitment to continual improvement and change
  • Assist and demonstrate to visiting internal and external stakeholders of the work processes
  • Suggesting and implementing operational process improvements, supporting colleagues to accept and adapt to the resulting changes, to deliver a better service for our customers and/or improve efficiency.

Experience required:

  • Experience of providing a consistently high standard of customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Have a strong understanding of investigations and decision making
  • A good understanding of the Banks systems eg Customer System.
  • Role model for customer service interaction
  • Motivated, high-performing individual with proven experience of working at one with other colleagues, to achieve and often beat their objectives.
