SAP Project Manager, part time, implementation, rollout projects.SAP Project Manager to deliver SAP implementation and rollout projects on time and on budget for one of our clients.
Requirements:
Strong SAP experience and background - preferably over 10 years in international, large-scale implementations and rollouts.
Excellent communication skills in English are a must, German language is a strong asset.
Proven planning and management skills, including scope, estimating, budgeting and resource allocation procedures.
Willing to travel across main European countries.
Responsibilities:
Motivate team by efficient organization of projects allocating tasks in a transparent and appropriate way.
Plan and manage all activities related to complex business or technical projects; Assemble, organize, and lead multifunctional project teams.
Tasks:
Develop resource strategies, budgets, staffing models, tools, and support plans necessary to execute the project.
Help define and structure complex projects.
Negotiate the overall scope of projects, defining concrete and measurable project deliverables;
Identify risks to the timely and/or on-budget execution of the project, and implement correct actions;
Ensure compliance with standards, policies, procedures, and other.
Monitor the project status and track key performance indicators.
Provide project progress reports to internal stakeholders.
Create detailed project plans.
Manage costs, budget, and schedule.
Calculate earned value and report weekly status.
Receive assignments in the form of mid to long-range goals and objectives, define methods and make recommendations to meet objectives and deliver results.
Liaise with customer about status and progress of projects, provide regular reports.
