I am currently recruiting for the below contract opportunity - are you interested or do you know anyone who might be?Role: Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting (Data)
Location: Manchester
Duration: Initial 3 month contract
Rate: £450-£550/day
Responsibilities:
Main responsibilities will be to analyse the data being used to create different Regulatory Reports, looking for Reconciliation Points between them, mapping data used back to source systems, and providing assurance on the quality of data being used. The role then moves into reconciling against General Ledger balances.
I am looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
- Must be immediately available for interview and can start immediately / by the 19th January
- Business Analyst / Business Data Analyst with track record of successful delivery within UK Financial Services sector.
- Must have experience gathering business requirements, but have strong technical competency, with extensive experience / expertise around data (reconciliation, analysis, source identification, quality assurance, data process flows/mapping)
- Ideally will have worked with data being used for regulatory reporting, or on a COREP or FINREP regulatory reporting programme previously
- Confident self-starter who is able to work autonomously and can hit the ground running to deliver against tight deadlines
