I am looking for an experienced FX Analyst to join a top bank based in London. The role will require you to come on board and help them with a new and exiting project within their foreign exchange business.Responsibilities-
Process all transactions and related activity efficiently within agreed internal and external timescales.
Support the business on a 24/5.5 global operating model on a rotating basis.
Ensure awareness of, and compliance with, internal control framework, policies, procedures and audit/SOX requirements.
Develop and build relationships with both internal (Front Office and other functions within the business unit) and external customers, ensuring the provision of a top tier service.
The successful candidate will have:
A sound understanding of all FX Products & their lifecycle, including but not limited to FX Spot, Forward, Options, NDF.
Understands the typical nature of US Business transactions and the way they operate.
Previous exposure to the CLS control branch function , Processing of CLS In/Out Swap trades settled within set timeframes in keeping with Counterparty limits, CLS management and payment execution, Manage CLS Pay-in/Pay-out process ensuring settlement within CLS time windows. Reconciliation background / Ops loss prevention.
The right candidate will have proven experience performing these actions at a high level whilst working within a finance setting.
Contract role offering an initial 6 months based in London.
