I am working with an NHS organisation in Yorkshire to recruit a Business Analyst to support the implementation of SystmOne EPR across a variety of healthcare services.The Business Analyst will have ideally worked with SystmOne previously on a system implementation project.
The Business Anaylyst will be taken on for an initial 3 month contract and the day rate on offer is £250-£280
As a EPR Business Analyst you have experience of and be tasked with:
- Document requirements including business, functional, non-functional, implementation and reporting
- Engage with all stakeholders to identify requirements using a variety of methods, i.e. brainstorming, document analysis and process mapping, documenting their requirements and translating these into functional specifications
- As required, participate in Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing
- Provide support for training when implementing process changes
- Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information to a wide range of stakeholders .
- Provide expert best practice advice, direction and support for senior managers and other stakeholders
- Contributes towards the development of project plans
- Leads on the development of analytical methodologies used across a project lifecycle
- Has a sound understanding of the project delivery lifecycle and will be able to speak confidently about the detail of business analysis activities across the project lifecycle
- Able to create and maintain documentation to support business analysis activity
- Practical experience of applying requirements management techniques to facilitate the delivery of pragmatic solutions
- Demonstrate self-motivation, pragmatism and a focus on the delivery of business benefits
- Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and extract pertinent detail to ensure a comprehensive understanding is reached
