Field Service Engineer/Hardware Engineer - Dublin
We are currently recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to work in the Dublin area and surrounding areas on initially a 1 month rolling contract. You will have excellent communication skills, be customer focused will a flexible approach and attitude to your working day. You will have excellent troubleshooting skills; you will be involved in general break fix jobs and additional EPOS duties.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and attributes:
- Someone with break/fix experience, specifically laptops & printers, EPOS experience would also be valuable.
- Setting up desktops onto desks at customer site, racking and cabling Servers in a data centre.
- Compliant in PC builds/repairs and troubleshooting
- Excellent knowledge of desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office
- Good knowledge in; Windows, Hardware, Software and Server support.
- Other tasks could be going to site and carrying out updates, AD administration tasks etc
Ideally MCSE/MCDST and CRB/DBS Cleared.
