Description
Proteus Europe is currently looking for a Senior Windows VMWare Engineer working on a near three months contract in Brussels, to start immediately. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Dutch, French, and English.Your duties will include:
- Interacting with Customer
- Administration & operation of Windows/VMWare infrastructure for mission critical applications
- Execute changes on this infrastructure
- Implementation of projects (transformation transition projects)
- Give support to operations (incident problem management)
- Participate in the definition of service improvements and innovations
- Write/supervise and monitor writing of technical specifications and operating procedures for users
- Participate in 24/7 Duty ServicesRequired Skills for this role:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or higher
- At least 5 years' experience in Windows OS (2003,2008,2012)
- Networking serv,
- TCP/IP,
- Routing,
- Firewall,
- VMware
- Config. Virtual services
- Vsphere5/Vcenter (min. 4 years' experience)Additional Skills preferred:
- MS certification and/or VMware
