My client, a leading tier 1 bank, is looking for two Systems Business Analysts to join their team in Halifax. They are offering up to £475/day on a 3 month rolling contract with a long term view.Role: Systems Business Analyst

Location: Halifax
The Systems Business Analyst role is to support the mapping of business requirements and processes to technical specifications and strategic analytical systems. This will involve low level data analysis, process mapping, and engagement across the business teams and IT areas.
Specific detail and core responsibilities
* Liaising extensively with external or internal clients;
* Analysing clients' existing systems and data;
* Translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;
* Identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;
* Drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;
* Capturing of clear and accurate documentation including "as-is" and "to-be" diagrams;
* Data mapping from source to target
* Producing project feasibility reports;
* Presenting proposals to clients;
* Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;
* Ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;
* Planning and working flexibly to a deadline;
In addition, the successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
- An awareness of SAS technology and tools, including basic SAS coding knowledge within the SAS Enterprise Guide tool.
- The ability to work well within a team.
- Stakeholder Management experience is key.
- Show well-developed interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, particularly the ability to convey key business information arising from complex issues to non-technical people
- Experience of financial product data, especially Credit Risk would be beneficial
