My client is urgently seeking an interim HR Data Project Manager to support with a large HR data cleansing project prior to their new HRIS implementation.
Due to gaps and missing data as well as issues around inaccuracy it is imperative this person is an excellent communicator and project manager to ensure controls and governance within the project.
You will also have an HR background and an understanding of HR data and the importance of this information. You will play and active in liaising stakeholders and HRBP's to gather, chase and document information as well as report back on the project progress to the steering board
You do not necessarily need to be technical as IT resource will be provided but someone with experience in data cleansing, specifically for HR information and data is essential.
