Job description:
The scrum master will be responsible for all day-to-day activities for managing the agile development process for a large modernization project for a Middleware platform. The scrum master will manage two team of 6 FTEs per team with resources from the client and other subcontractor resources. The scrum master needs to be able to make the right decisions related to development in a timely manner, and must be capable of following up resources onshore as well as offshore.
Project description:
Experienced scrum master with documented track-record of larger Agile projects. The scrum master will be responsible for a distributed development team with resources working onshore as well as offshore. Relevant certifications are preferable.
languages required are fluent Norwegian and English. Candidates speaking one of the other Nordic languages will also be considered.
