Role - Capability Framework Consultant
Duration - 3 months
Location - Swindon
Main Purpose of the Job
Provide expert consultancy and facilitation to support the design of divisional specific capability frameworks in line with agreed structure and principles.
Key accountabilities

Research internal/external best practice and existing frameworks to identify input and fit

Proactive stakeholder/client management - build relationships across a range of levels, manage stakeholder expectations

Set up and facilitate workshops to develop engagement amongst the target population and elicit information to support framework design

Analyse information and draw conclusions

Draw insight from conclusions and design frameworks
-
Deliver content to agreed standard and timescales
-
Track and record information (eg version control, feedback, action logs)
-
Produce business documents (eg slides, reports, internal communications)

Subject Matter expert on development of framework

Design of framework, identifying required capabilities, knowledge and behaviours within the agreed timescales of the specific project (likely c 6 months)
