C# Winforms Developer - Halifax - 3 months - £250 to £320One of my clients, a leader in their field, based in Halifax, are looking for a C# Winforms Developer to work as part of a large team on the development of new piece of software they are implementing into their back office structure.
The right C# Developer will have experience working as a contractor, on a number of projects, with a strong emphasis on Winforms as well as other areas of development.
The new system has been bought in and now needs modifying and improving to work across their entire back office system, so extensive work with WCF and Web Services will be needed.
Working as part of a team following a mixture of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, the right C# Winforms Developer will have experience in the following areas:
- Extensive C# experience
- Winforms
- WCF
- SQL Server and TSQL
- Strong communication skills
- A team player
Desirable skills:
- Web Services / SOAP
- Web technologies (ASP.Net, MVC, JQuery, HTML)
- TFS
There are 3 requirements for this position and so they are looking for people at a varying level of rates, ranging from £250 to £320/day depending on skills and experiences.
The role is likely to last longer than the initial 3 months to get past the go live stage, most likely taking you to the 6-9 month region.
