Description
My client is looking for an experienced Project Manager with experience working in Theatre Utilisation based in the North West of the Country.The Successful Project Manager will be working on an exciting transitional project working on complex spec RTT, 18 weeks, focusing on improving Theatre Utilisation. You will be assisting the Operational Team.
The transition of services has caused a nose dive/blockage in the service which means they are losing Orthopedic activity at the Trust.
The contract will run until end of financial year, with potential to extend because role has come up due to staff sickness (long term)
The successful Project Manager will have:
Long history of working within Project Management
The ability to hit the ground running
Prince 2
Worked in complex NHS environments, in particular Theatres.
Experience working in Orthopaedics.
Responsible for providing strong professional leadership ensuring capital planning; re-development and reconfiguration of services fully reflect Trust priorities and will have responsibility for ensuring effective project management arrangements
