Description
A world leader in the provision of multimedia audio guides to museums, art galleries and historical sites require an Electronic Service Technician to carry out workshop based and on site repair and maintenance on customer equipment. The job is customer facing so a smart, presentable appearance, good manners and a good command of English will be necessary.

Job Description:
• Experience of through hole soldering to IPC-A-610 and 0.5mm Pitch SMT
• Work to repair priorities set by Team Leader
• Repair, maintain and reprogram multimedia guides - full training given
• Available to work outside normal office hours on a regular basis and at short notice
• Work on client sites around UK as and when required
• Basic understanding of Apple and Android App authoring
• Complete QC checklists and procedures on incoming customer repairs
• Unpack and sort incoming customer shipments
• Box and label equipment for outgoing shipments
• Ensure safety standards are met relating to technical procedures
• Maintain clean work area
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office suite
• Other reasonably related duties as assigned
