SAP HCM Consultant - Dutch Speaking - Arnhem & Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
My client in Arnhem & Amsterdam, The Netherlands is looking for an SAP HCM/HR Consultant.
The Senior SAP HR expert should be able to deliver detailed SAP HR/Interface knowledge including the following types of activities:
Guide country HR/IM project members during the interface process (based on the standard methodology), which means:
* Create clear interface scope;
* Facilitate design process with client team and multiple vendors;
* Guide/support during interface testing (preparations);
* Lead parallel run discussion as part of the scope;
* Guide/support country HR/IM project members during data migration process;
* Challenge vendors about their specific solutions and provide suggestions;
Background of the assignment
XXX HR is working on a program, to implement standardized global standard HR systems and processes. In China, India and UK, the global Core HR system (myHR) for ESS/MSS and organizational management is implemented. The Netherlands is currently implementing the new core HR system + the new global payroll- and global time solution (planned go-live is May 2015). US and France will implement the new global HR, Payroll and Time system in 2015 (with a planned go-live date January 2016), where in parallel all other countries will migrate to a lite version of the global HR system in 2015. In this assignment you will be responsible for guiding/supporting the client country project team for US or France according to the global HR-IT standards as defined at a program level.
Organization
The country project team is responsible for execution of the project, where you will be supporting the country project team. You will be part of the corporate project team, reporting into the Corporate IM application manager (and closely working with the Solution architect), who is responsible for the IM delivery. In the project team both global and country HR and IM representatives are involved and during system design also vendor representatives are part of the team.
Job knowledge, skills and experiences
* Understanding of the main functional, technological and architectural elements and requirements of SAP HCM;
* Proven background in SAP HCM system configuration;
* International SAP HR implementation experience;
* System Integration and interface knowledge;
* Data Migration/Conversion experience;
* Strong communication skills both at an operational and tactical level;
* SAP HCM (PY, TM, PA, OM) knowledge
Dutch Speaking Assignment. Start: 19th January Month+ Contract. Location: Arnhem (50%) & Amsterdam (50%).
