World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Manager with strong B2C Marketing Experience including Customer Technology Solutions.
About the Role:
- Assurance manager for Connected Customer Technology Portfolio projects - assuring that these are smart, affordable, operable and value adding
- Enable Business Growth through Integrated Marketing Solutions at E2E level, hence SME for IMS that includes Data, Analytics, Loyalty, CRM and any connected customer outbound or inbound communications channels in the connected customer' marketing environment
About You:
- SME for Integrated Marketing Solutions capability delivery and/or Expert Connected Portfolio/Program manager
- Experienced Leader - takes on Empowerment/Accountability and comfortable to challenge accountabilities from Business & IT teams
- Strong Technology Portfolio management and or Program management experience in B2C Marketing arena
- Strategic and operational
- Strong Stakeholder & Relationship manager
- Strong External focus
- Smart Innovation focus
- Strong Change manager and Capability building focus at technical and People and Ways of working level
- Strong in working with IT/Tech and Bus teams as Business interface into tech teams and vice versa - the translator'
- Problem solver - responsible for resolutions, issues, risks and escalations management of Connected Portfolio matters into IT and Business
- Expert in building networked ecosystems'/forums to support broader smart input into Smart and fit for purpose innovations/improvements for Marketing Technology solutions
