Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Architect: NetworkersPLC client are urgently looking for the skills of a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solution Architect to join a project in Dubai.
The consultant required must have the below profile: -
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- 5+ year's relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise CRM implementations as well as application deployment and/or distributed system implementation
- Proven experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 is mandatory
- Hands-on experience with multi-phase, global, enterprise-wide CRM implementation with focus on the presales and delivery is key
- Telecommunication Background with IT and Business Processes
- Deep Know-how and proven record of applying CRM to a Telecommunication/IT environment
- Proven experience in presales activities including Proof of Concepts, Demo, Presentations and positioning in front of C-Level Executives
- Ability to envision and architect a CRM integrated solution based on Microsoft Dynamics
