Systems Accountant, Financial Services/Insurance, Surrey
Systems Accountant role for FTSE100 financial services company based in the Surrey. This is an initial 3 month contract, paying between £ a day.
The position reports directly to senior management and offers possible contract extensions and the opportunity to work within other areas of the business. The successful applicant should have a versatile skill set and experience working within the financial services or life insurance industry.
Key Role Responsibilities;
- Must have financial services experience
- Part or Qualified Accountant (ACA,ACA,CIMA,ACCA)
- Commercial accounting experience.
- Extensive knowledge of financial systems.
- Financial reporting. UK GAAP, IFRS.
- Involvement in annual budgeting & forecasting.
- Reporting Improvements - identify, document and validate new financial reporting requirements.
- Project Focused
