Delivery Design Governance Lead - Retail Banking - Architecture - Change Management - Design Governance Manager
A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Delivery Design Governance Lead to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.
The purpose of the role is for a Delivery Design Governance Lead to set up and implement Design Authority.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provide executive insight: Engages with senior stakeholders, uses expert knowledge of the organisation and its interrelated constituent parts, industry context and business strategy to shape changes.
- Governance: provides options and solutions to present at governance forums to achieve a recommendation on issues and direction of design.
- Chairs and runs design governance forums
- Solve design issues: Using business architecture and business analysis tools ensures design issues and complex design challenges are effectively assessed and resolved during the design life cycle of projects
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
- Business Design (Architecture)
- Change Management
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
