Description
My client is currently in the market for a Quantity Surveyor who has worked in construction/building to work on a project up in the west of Scotland.This project is due to run until the end of 2015 paying up to £350 per day depending on experience.
As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for cash flow, maximising values and minimising future liabilities.
The Quantity Surveyors key duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing financial information and cost reporting
- Procurement management and administration of sub-contractors
- Regular review of risk and opportunity registers
- Monitoring progress against contract program
We are looking for candidates with:
- experience with buildings/construction preferred
- High degree of commercial awareness
- Full clean driving license
- No particular working contract experience required
