I am currently looking for an Information Manager for one of my NHS clients.The roles purpose will be to manage and develop the current corporate and performance information teams. You will also lead the team in designing new ways of using data across the trust.
Responsibilities will include:
ensuring that the trusts corporate data warehouse is developed and updated as necessary.
working with the performance systems team to implement changes to internal information reporting systems.
ensure that divisions are provided with detailed performance and activity information for operation and strategic purposes.
recruitment, selection and management of staff as well ensuring staffing levels and skill mix are appropriate.
communicating with key internal/external stakeholders
Essential skills:
3 years NHS experience managing operational or performance teams
track record in change management
high level of verbal, numerical and written skills
knowledge of patient access targets and the wider NHS performance framework
expert IT skills
