MS Dynamics CRM Support Specialist required for a 6 month contract based in Dublin. Call for further information.

This person will be looking after the day to day operational interaction between the CRM software development house and the clients ICT and greater user base.

Experience required:

  • Considerable experience in supporting a MS Dynamics CRM environment. Experience across multiple versions eg V4, 2011, 2013 a distinct advantage
  • Quick learner - ability to take on board complexity of system functionality and breath of business process systemised in a short timeframe
  • Previously working at a Level 2/Level 3 support or development role a distinct advantage.
  • Good basic SQL skills
  • Very familiar with Advanced Finds, Queries, Mail merges etc within a Dynamics CRM environment
  • Practical knowledge of working with maintenance and patch releases with 3rd party CRM developers including release cycles and prioritisation of functionality therein
  • Very au fait with release and change management of new functionality and associated documentation sets and processes
  • Strong UAT skills in composing test packs and scripts and performing same
  • Familiar with supporting eCommerce portals - online payments
  • Ideally exposure to using and supporting MS CRM in a virtualised Citrix environment,
  • Ideally exposure to using and supporting SSRS reports (SQL Server Reporting Services)
  • Self starter - able to make decisions on own initiative
  • Good communicator to all stake holders - users, outsourced user base, 3rd parties, IT vendors and senior management
  • Excellent written skills - preparing reports; test plans; system documentation
