They now have an exciting opening in Prague for a Release Manager.
As a Contract Release Manager you will:
- Ensure implementation of new services and changes to existing services in the production environment in line with customer project plans and requests
- Set-up bi-directional relationships with key stakeholders on Professional Services/customer side
- Ensure service implementation quality
- Ensure proper change control process is used
- Ensure deployment of operation monitoring tools to support service delivery
- Support Service Implementation Managers in successful integration of new services within the existing production environment
- Ensure that the implementation of new services complies with the IT operational standards
- Support process interfaces and specific process requirements for different Professional Services domains/customers
Key requirements include:
- 3+ years IT experience with 2+ years in a project based role
- Project management experience related to implementation activities
- Result oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high quality project delivery
- Basic risk management focus to balance cost, performance and timescales for implementations and capacity trade-off
- Understanding of international standards eg ISO, ITIL etc
- Strong communicator with good negotiation skills
- General overview of IT technologies
