A Senior Software Designer is required by global leading semiconductor organisation on a long term contract basis in the Netherlands. Their systems are used by the major semiconductor manufacturers to create integrated circuits that power an array of electronic, communications and IT products. The successful candidate will have a chance to work with state of the art technology and work alongside world-class engineers.Job Responsibilities
The Senior Software Designer is responsible for creating clear specifications, making the efficient design choices and 'making it happen' by also implementing the design. Customer satisfaction is the number one driver for our company and thus for every software engineer. You will be working on number crunches into detail, under high time pressure.
Job Requirements
Bachelor or Master level with an education in Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Mechatronics, Engineering or comparable.
Must have at least 5 years working experience after graduation.
Must have experience in:
• Matlab working on microprocessors;
• Unix/Linux working knowledge;
• C programming;
• RealTime experience;
• Python scripting experience;
• VxWorks.
Nice to have experience in:
• C++, UML
