I'm currently recruiting for a Medical Staffing and Recruitment advisor to join an NHS Acute Trust in a desirable location in London. You will be responsible in keeping a strong eye of the level of recruitment within the Trust and improving the integration between the various recruitment departments.Key Skills:
- Must have experience managing recruitment services within a busy Acute NHS Trust
- Experience of HR and Recruitment Policy development
- General and Medical HR knowledge
- Experience of monitoring EWTD requirements, Medical T&C's, Consultants contracts, job planning
Key Responsibility:
- Keeping a strong eye on the level of recruitment within the Trust and improving the integration between the various recruitment departments.
This interim assignment is looking to start in a week paying £17 per hour.
