IT Delivery Manager (m/f)For our client we are currently looking for an IT Delivery Manager.
Your tasks:
- Managing all aspects of a program / project, which includes project planning, execution, timing, quality, cost and early identification of potential issues. Managing stabilization stream (end of live/long term investment programs)
- Manage a team of experienced Project Managers, either directly or as part of a matrix organization, ensuring efficient use of resources
- Identify and manage senior stakeholders and clients, evaluate their interests and establish effective communication channels ensuring effective stakeholder management and engagement
Your experience/skills:
- Understand and anticipate technical and business needs
- Background/experience in various technologies required (Oracle/Java/Tools/Operating Systems)
- Good understanding of software development, team leading and release processes is required
- Project management and coordination skills
- Agile/Scrum (JIRA) experience essential
- English mandatory, German beneficial
