Project Manager role description:
- Strong project management skills for:
- Full stack responsibility, is responsible for managing
- the client's retained IT organization
- managed contract parties
- a transition from a US subcontractor to Accenture staff in month 3 of the project
- as per clients feedback business domains will be demanding towards the project team, trying to continue their current way of working. Current way of working is highly customized, not standardized, Excel and all kinds of self-built tooling based, diverse technology landscape, etc.
- The project manager needs to have a background in EPM (preferably SAP BPC) in order to steer, guide and facilitate workshops for requirements gathering, developing a standard template, avoiding high levels of customization.
- Project Manager should be comfortable with Agile/Scrum based development technologies
- Long term commitment (roadmap implementation of 22 months)
- Project Manager will be participating in project steerco and is responsible for management reporting as input into the steerco.
