Description
We are currently looking for a 'Reward Analyst' for an initial 12 month contract based in the City of London.
The successful candidate will possess the following;
- Proven track record as 'Reward Analyst', 'Reward Administrator', 'Reward Manager', or similar variations, usually found amongst HR and IS environments.
- Ideally a track record in Financial Services, Insurance or Banking (or large blue chip organisation).
- Numerical and Analytical background with experience collating and manipulating Data on a regular basis. Good with MS Office and strong Excel. Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge and experience of Research and Information, Benchmarking, Benefits, Rewards, Process etc.
- Customer/colleague focused with excellent communication skills.
