Description

For a long term project at our insurance client site in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced
Senior Project Management Officer (PMO) (2575)

The tasks, you will perform:
• Qualitative and quantitative reviews of project and/or program deliverables
• Provides training in project management, tools and techniques
• Improves project/program delivery in terms of lower costs, reduced time and increased product quality by providing program/project management expertise
• Enforces standard project management framework and tools
• Centralizes a consistent, and up-to-date reporting to all stakeholders
• Supports project portfolio management for the respective area
• Supports Program Manager as well the Project managers in any tasks
• Special support for Financials Control may also at request
• Actively contributes to our clients PMO network

Your qualifications:
• Experience with Life & Pension insurance
• Strong communication, observation and listening skills combined with good written and spoken German and English
• Strong methodology knowledge to analyse and structure a complex environment
• Strong knowledge of MS Office products
• Knowledge of PMP or other project management methodologies
• Advantageous: Awareness of financial accounting, budgeting, forecasting and controlling
