Enterprise Architect - CEP/BRMS and Event Processing/Business Rules - TIBCO/IBM/Oracle - Contract

Location: Farringdon, London

Duration: 3+ Month

Working with business analyst and business users to ensure future implementations meet business needs. Hands on work to interact with other staff across requirements gathering and analysis for initiatives.

  • Complex Event Processing/Event Stream Processing
  • Service Orientated Architectures and Event Driven Architectures.
  • Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy
  • Experience in IBM, TIBCO or Oracle Business Events technology
  • The Enterprise Architect should be familiar with and experienced in the application of one or more architecture frameworks and any associated architecture development methods, including at least one of the following: TOGAF, DoDAF, MODAF, Zachman, FEAF

Enterprise Architect defining IT architectural vision, principles and strategies for the development and implementation of complex, mission critical systems in support of current and future business objectives.

Responsibilities include:

Development of proof of concept showcases for new technologies, either independently or in conjunction with software and hardware suppliers.
Direction and guidance to solutions architects, infrastructure architects and systems development teams for the development of complex retail systems.
Management of relationships with key technology partners to ensure roadmaps are aligned to business requirements and IT architectural vision.
Definition of architectural roadmaps for improvements to existing systems, making best use of new or existing technologies.
Provision of architectural governance through the implementation of TOGAF
